Can you spot the dolomite crystals?

This SE-SEM micrograph shows small dolomite rhombohedra in a section of core harvested from the Brown-Snowplow 1-5 well in the Michigan Basin. This micrograph was collected by Ahmed Alshakr, a gradate student in the Advanced Earth Materials course, and CPCL researcher, Nathaniel Ledbetter Ferrill.
